NERKIVO Terms of Use — Free Launch

Current model
NERKIVO operates as a Virtual Supplier Warehouse with sourcing fallback. The current stage is a Free Launch and does not include checkout, invoices or acceptance of payment for goods through NERKIVO.
Suppliers
Supplier registration and profile/catalog placement are free during the launch stage. A seller application starts review and is not approval. A listing submission is not publication.
Review and lifecycle
The process is application → seller review → listing review → verified listing → active listing. The listing lifecycle is DRAFT → REVIEW → VERIFIED → ACTIVE → PAUSED / OUT OF STOCK.
Sourcing fallback
If the required product is not available as a suitable active offer, a buyer can submit a sourcing request free of charge. A request is not an order, does not confirm availability or price, and does not start payment.
Free mode
No subscription fee is active. Future homepage promotion, if introduced, will be a separate optional service.
Future commercial phase
Terms for orders and payments will be published before they are activated. NERKIVO does not currently accept payment for goods.
