How NERKIVO works

Current stage: Free Launch of the Virtual Supplier Warehouse. NERKIVO does not accept payment for goods and does not operate checkout at this stage.

1. Virtual Supplier Warehouse

Suppliers can apply free of charge to connect a profile and catalog. An application starts review and does not mean approval or publication.

2. Seller and listing review

The process is application → seller review → listing review → verified listing → active listing. A listing moves through DRAFT → REVIEW → VERIFIED → ACTIVE → PAUSED / OUT OF STOCK. The existence of a Shopify Product does not itself make an offer public.

3. Active offers

Only an offer that has passed the required admission checks and received active-listing status may appear in the public warehouse. Verification applies only to the information actually reviewed and is not a general guarantee of the seller or product.

4. Sourcing fallback

If there is no suitable active offer, a buyer can submit a sourcing request free of charge. A request is not an order, does not lock price or availability, and does not start payment.

5. Commercial phase later

Orders, checkout, invoices and payments through NERKIVO are not active during the current Free Launch. If a commercial mode is introduced later, its terms, required disclosures, payment rules and return rules will be published before activation.
