Returns, cancellations and refunds

NERKIVO is currently in a free launch stage: supplier registration, profile/catalog placement and buyer sourcing requests do not require payment to NERKIVO. Checkout, invoices and payment for goods through NERKIVO are not active.

Cancelling a request or application

A buyer can ask us to stop processing a sourcing request, and a supplier can ask us to stop reviewing a seller application, by contacting support@nerkivo.com. A request or application is not an order.

Payments and refunds

Because NERKIVO does not accept payments in the current phase, there is normally no NERKIVO payment to cancel or refund. Do not send NERKIVO money for goods at this stage.

Future commercial phase

Before orders or payments are enabled, NERKIVO will publish the applicable seller, fulfillment, return, warranty, cancellation and refund terms, together with mandatory buyer rights for the relevant offer and market.
